Carter (6-3, 190, San Diego) played 64 games for the Texas Legends over the last two seasons before joining Austin late in the 2022-23 campaign. After being acquired by the Spurs, Carter played in 10 games (seven starts) and averaged 13.9 points on .435 shooting with 3.4 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 27.0 minutes per game. Before coming to the NBA G League, Carter spent time playing professionally in Spain and Serbia after a four-year career at the University of San Diego.
The Charge currently hold all of their own selections in the 2023 NBA G League draft with the exception of their second round choice, which was previously traded.
