Charge Beat by Mad Ants

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – The Cleveland Charge (8-9) fell on the road to the Indiana Mad Ants (11-6), 109-73, at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Wednesday evening.

Cleveland was led by Pete Nance scoring 15 points and grabbing seven rebounds with two blocks in 34 minutes.  Isaiah Mobley scored 10 points and grabbed six boards with two blocks in 28 minutes.  Jon Elmore scored 12 points with four assists in 30 minutes.  Zhaire Smith added nine points, six rebounds and four steals in 28 minutes.  The 73 points scored were a new season-low for the Charge.

Indiana never trailed in the game and led by as many as 40 as they took the season series between the two teams, 3-1.  Oscar Tshiebwe came off the bench to score 14 points and grab 18 rebounds, eight of which were offensive, with two blocks in 22 minutes.  On assignment from the Pacers, Jarace Walker scored 17 points with seven boards and eight assists in 35 minutes.
