Charge Fall to Go-Go at Home

CLEVELAND, OH – The Cleveland Charge (9-11) were defeated at home by the Capital City Go-Go (12-8), 120-107, in front of 3,375 fans on Friday night.

Cleveland was paced by Emoni Bates scoring a game-high 25 points with four rebounds in 36 minutes.  Sharife Cooper posted his eighth double-double of the season by scoring 11 points and dishing 10 assists in 33 minutes.  Aleem Ford scored 13 points and grabbed five boards in 28 minutes of relief off the bench.  Isaiah Mobley scored 16 points with seven rebounds in 30 minutes for the Charge.

Seven Capital City players scored in double digits, led by Hamidou Diallo’s 20 points on 10-of-14 from the field with eight boards and three steals in 27 minutes.  Michael Foster Jr. posted a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds in 32 minutes.  Taylor Funk added 16 points, eight rebounds and three steals in 29 minutes.  Devon Dotson had an all-around effort of 14 points, seven rebounds, nine assists and three steals in 38 minutes for the Go-Go.
