Charge Lose at Home to Wisconsin

CLEVELAND, OH – The Cleveland Charge (8-10) fell at home to the Wisconsin Herd (11-8), 98-79, in front of 3,035 at the Wolstein Center on Friday night.

Cleveland was led by Isaiah Mobley’s 14 points on 6-of-10 shooting with six rebounds in 31 minutes.  Zhaire Smith scored 12 points on 5-of-7 from the field in 31 minutes.  Emoni Bates added 11 points and seven rebounds in 34 minutes.  Pete Nance scored eight points and grabbed 12 boards with five assists in 36 minutes.

Elijah Hughes came off the bench to score a game-high 26 points on 10-of-13 shooting with two blocks in 28 minutes for Wisconsin.  Former Charge C Marques Bolden scored 10 points and grabbed 12 boards with two blocks in 26 minutes.  Stephen Thompson scored 15 points with six rebounds and two steals in 30 minutes for the Herd.  The Charge ended the 2023-24 season series between the two teams with a 2-1 advantage.
