Charge Split Pair with Win in Iowa

DES MOINES, IA – The Cleveland Charge (5-7) handed the Iowa Wolves (10-3) their first home loss of the season in a 121-104 victory at the Wells Fargo Arena on Tuesday night.
Jules Bernard scored 22 points in the first half, finishing with a season-high 33 points plus 10 rebounds for his fourth consecutive game with a double-double. Feron Hunt posted his first double-double of the season by scoring 21 and grabbing 10 boards with two steals in 36 minutes. Nae’Qwan Tomlin had his second-straight double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds with two blocks in 30 minutes.
Darius Brown II nailed 6-of-11 threes en route to 20 points in 26 minutes. Zhaire Smith added 18 points and two steals, while Gabe Osabuohien dished nine assists and swatted three blocks off the bench. The win was the Charge’s first-ever against the Wolves in Iowa.
Iowa was led by Leonard Miller’s 25 points and 12 rebounds in 37 minutes. Jesse Edwards scored 16 points and grabbed nine rebounds in 23 minutes. Daishen Nix scored 15 points and nabbed five steals in 31 minutes.
