Cleveland Charge 2026-27 Season Schedule Presented By SeatGeek

CLEVELAND, OH – The Cleveland Charge will begin their 2026-27 NBA G League season at home versus the Motor City Cruise (Detroit Pistons) on Tuesday, November 10 at 7:00 p.m.  The Charge’s season-opening celebration continues at historic Cleveland Public Hall on Saturday, November 14 at 5:00 p.m. against the Sioux Falls Skyforce (Miami Heat).  The schedule of 14 Tip-Off Tournament games and 34 regular season games was announced today, with the two NBA G League Winter Showcase matchups to be determined at a later date.

New for this season, NBA G League teams will only play home and road games against opponents in their respective conference.  The Charge will play 17 of their 24 home games on the weekends – six Fridays, eight Saturdays, and three Sundays.  Cleveland’s longest homestand is in March, where they play six consecutive home games over March 3-19.  The longest road stretch for the Charge will be six straight away games over January 13-24.

Public Hall will begin to host Cleveland’s New Year’s Eve festivities with a 1:00 p.m. matchup on December 31 against the Delaware Bue Coats (Philadelphia 76ers).  The team’s annual STEM Day game will be taken to new heights as Rocket Arena will host thousands of Northeast Ohio area students when the Charge face the College Park Skyhawks (Atlanta Hawks) on March 3 at 11:00 a.m.  The Charge will travel to Louisiana for the first time ever for a two-game set at the new Laketown Squadron (New Orleans Pelicans) on February 16 & 18.

2026-27 NBA G League schedule breakdown:

• Teams play 14 games among four regional pods to start the Tip-Off Tournament:  The teams with the best winning percentage in each region, along with the next four teams across the league with the best win-percentages, will advance to compete for the championship during NBA G League Winter Showcase.

• NBA G League Winter Showcase in Orlando, FL: Records reset to 0-0 and each team, regardless of seed, is guaranteed to play two games to begin the regular season during the Showcase on December 19-22.

• At the conclusion of the regular season, the top eight teams in each conference will qualify for the NBA G League Playoffs, which conclude with the NBA G League Finals in April 2027.
