Please follow the steps below to link to SeatGeek and complete set up of your Charge Nation Account.

Step 1: CONNECT TO SEATGEEK

Navigate to seatgeek.com/cleveland/verify

a. Enter the email address associated with your Charge Nation account and click “Continue”.

b. Instructions on how to finish connecting your Charge Nation account to SeatGeek will be sent to the email address entered above.

c. Click “Connect Account to SeatGeek”.

d. After clicking the link, you will be directed to a new tab in your web browser.

e. If you have a SeatGeek account, login with your email. (In the event you do not have a SeatGeek account, click “Register” and sign up with your Charge Nation account email.)

f. Click “Connect” to connect your Charge Nation account to SeatGeek.

g. Congratulations! Your Charge Nation account and SeatGeek accounts are now linked and you will be directed to Account Manager. (To access Account Manager anytime, go to seatgeek.com/cleveland)

Step 2: COMPLETE CHARGE NATION ACCOUNT SETUP/DUES REMAINING

* If you have remaining membership dues, follow the steps below. If you do NOT have remaining membership dues, skip to STEP 3

a. Within Account Manager, you will be directed to the “Payment” tab.

b. Click the “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button.

c. Please review your order details. (Please note: some Section and Seat numbering for premium seats has changed. Don’t worry, you still have the same great seats you’ve always had!)

d. Next, select your Payment Plan. (Depending on your remaining dues, you will see a few different options)

1. Pay in Full Now with Credit Card
2. Pay in Full Now with Bank Account
3. 2021-22 Charge Monthly Payment Plan (If you select the Monthly Payment Plan, you will see the breakdown of your monthly installments.)

e. Next, choose your payment method. (If you do have a Payment Method on file, please choose this card.)

1. If you would like to use a different card than what is listed, click “Change Payment Method”
2. If you do not have a Payment Method on file, please enter it here.
3. Your Payment Method will be saved to your profile for future purchases. You can edit your Payment Method at any time by going to your Account Manager profile.

f. Next, review the Terms & Conditions and click the checkbox to accept.

g. Last, review your screen to make sure you:

1. Confirm seating information is correct
2. Select Payment Plan (Pay in Full or Monthly)
3. Select existing or add a new Payment Method
4. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions
5. To finish, click "Confirm" and you're set!

Step 3: COMPLETE CHARGE NATION ACCOUNT SETUP/ NO DUES REMAINING

a. Within Account Manager, select “Profile.”

b. Click “Add Payment Method” and add your preferred method of payment. You will not be charged at this time. Your Payment Method will be saved to your profile for future purchases. You can edit your Payment Method at any time by going to your Account Manager profile.

c. You're all set!
